Our Story

Where it all began

It started at a campsite in 2019.

Not with anything dramatic, just two people who kept finding their way back into the same conversation. It took a while for that to become US, but once it did, it never wavered.

Then came the distance. First Aleppo to Lattakia — close enough to promise soon. Then Yerevan to Lattakia, and soon became a much longer word. But love travelled every mile of it. Five and a half years of love, of laughter, of missing each other, of video calls that ran too long and good mornings sent across borders. Five and a half years of choosing each other on the ordinary days, when it would have been easier not to.

In all those years, across all those miles, we never once wondered. We knew we were each other’s long before we could explain it, because we know each other better than we know ourselves.

This September, we turn the page — and begin the best chapter yet.
